• Our machines can quickly engrave all kinds of materials from the smallest label to large size plates, irrespective of shape; from small parts to bulky articles and undertake all kinds of work including slotting, making of dies, shaping, pantographic drilling, stenciling and many more.


• The pantograph being sturdy in nature is mounted on bearings to give a very soft movement. With its solid cutter holding spindle the customer can engrave in one operation.


• The self-centering vice is an exclusive feature of the product that facilitates the fixation of articles to be engraved, and saves a lot of time.

Large Capacity

The original construction of the machine’ frame enables plates 330 mm wide and of any length to be engraved one way or another. The machine is also capable of taking articles of all shapes up to 210 mm in height.

EM 2 Model with Universal self-centering-vice:

We design model EM 2 that is a higher all around bench type engraving machine which accepts high and bulky objects upto 9 ¾" in height, by any length. It has Pantograph linkage and spindle.

Features:

• A universal self-centering vice opens upto 7 ½".


• It can be moved back and forth and laterally on dovetails or swiveled around to any desired position.


• B the use of jack mechanism, it is raised or lowered.


• For interchangeable jigs the jaws have steel pins.

We have set our strong footholds in designing and engineering heavy duty precision engraver & profiler - model EM3. This heavy duty precision engraver and profiler is used for production work at low operating cost. The engraver being equipped with versatile work table is of great precision and travels longitudinally and transversely. It is controlled by hand wheels calibrated in 0.05 mm. All sliding surfaces of the engraver are hand scraped and the depth of cut is controlled by micrometer dial adjustment on the column which is graduated in thousands of an mm.

Economical Usage:

• Ideal for making large signs of 30” length that can be engraved later on.


• 2 ½" lettering in height allowed due to 1:1 ratio setting.


• Economic and Accurate can be reproduced more economically with the help of pantographic method.


• Advantageous over time consuming set ups and conventional machine tools due to single master template machining.

Cutter spindle:

• The heavy duty cutter spindle accepts straight shank cutters of 6 mm diameter.


• Special collects for taper shank cutters available.


• Precision ball bearings for long life, high speeds and noiseless operation.


• Variable speed range from 100 to 4000 RPM.


• Micrometer adjustment for accurate depth setting.


• Direct pressure lever for uniform depth of cut on irregular surfaces activates direct pressure lever, specially on the plastic carrying thickness.

• More ratio settings than any other unit starting with 1:1 for use as a duplicator up to 50:1 for minute precision engraving


• Engraving 30" in the center 14 from the edge enabled due to extreme deep throat.


• Spindle can be used independently and fixed in stationary position and of pantograph as a vertical miller.
